StrikeMaster vs PinPal

PinPal is a personal bowling score tracker for Apple devices, bought once on the App Store. StrikeMaster is also a personal score tracker with frame-by-frame entry, pin tracking and spare analysis, but it is free to score, runs on Android and the web too, scores several players on one phone, and runs full leagues.

Where they are alike

Both let you enter games frame by frame or as a final score, track pins and spares, and filter results by league, ball, oil pattern and bowling center. Neither needs any hardware at the bowling center.

Where StrikeMaster differs

  • Free to score, with no game limit; Pro is an optional subscription.
  • Runs on Android and the web as well as iPhone and iPad.
  • Runs real leagues with schedules, teams and standings. In PinPal a league is a label on your own games.
  • Scores up to 8 players on one device with Pro, and connects to ChatGPT and Claude.

Competitor details are taken from each company's own website and store listing, checked in October 2026. Check their sites for current prices.
